Micheline Gauthier joined Atlantic Audiology on February 1, 2017 as the new owner and primary audiologist. Dr. Gauthier received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders (2003) as well as her clinical Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.)(2007) from the University of Rhode Island. She brings to Atlantic Audiology more than 10 years of experience working in an ENT setting providing her with an extensive background in diagnosing and treating varied types and degrees of hearing loss. Dr. Gauthier is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology(AAA) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to dispense hearing aids in the State of Rhode Island. Dr. Gauthier’s special interests include patient counseling and fitting of today’s most advanced digital hearing aids. A native Rhode Islander, Dr. Gauthier enjoys spending time by the water and becoming the owner of “Atlantic” seemed meant to be. She lives in East Greenwich with her husband Glen. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Patient Care Coordinator

Niki Alexander joined Atlantic Audiology, Inc. in late July 2020 as Patient Care Coordinator.  Niki received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood / Special Education from Rhode Island College.  She brings with her many years of experience with the special needs population.  She worked at Attleboro Enterprises as a mental health counselor for adults with special needs. Most recently she worked at Ascent Audiology & Hearing as patient care coordinator with the adult population. Born in Greece she has a love for the beautiful country and has enjoyed many family visits there. She enjoys spending time connecting with nature and participating in creative projects which help bring us back to center.
