Micheline Gauthier joined Atlantic Audiology on February 1, 2017 as the new owner and primary audiologist. Dr. Gauthier received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders (2003) as well as her clinical Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.)(2007) from the University of Rhode Island. She brings to Atlantic Audiology more than 10 years of experience working in an ENT setting providing her with an extensive background in diagnosing and treating varied types and degrees of hearing loss. Dr. Gauthier is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology(AAA) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to dispense hearing aids in the State of Rhode Island. Dr. Gauthier’s special interests include patient counseling and fitting of today’s most advanced digital hearing aids. A native Rhode Islander, Dr. Gauthier enjoys spending time by the water and becoming the owner of “Atlantic” seemed meant to be. She lives in East Greenwich with her husband Glen. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Kristen Harvard, B.S.
Audiology Assistant/Physician Outreach Specialist
Kristen Harvard joined Atlantic Audiology on May 7, 2019 as an audiology assistant. Kristen received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders (2009) from the University of Rhode Island. She brings to Atlantic Audiology nearly 10 years of experience working with the deaf and hard of hearing population. She worked at Women & Infants Hospital as both a Newborn Hearing Screener and pediatric audiology assistant for several years before working with the adult population at an ENT practice. Having grown up in Rhode Island, Kristen is an avid New England sports fan, especially the Boston Bruins. In her free time, she enjoys doing various craft projects, taking her two dogs on walks and spending time with family and friends.
